Shabana has visited the incredible Pitch 2 Progress in east Birmingham, meeting young people and learning more about their work.

Run by Obayed, Syed and their team, this once-abandoned site has been turned into a vibrant community hub serving 1,000 young people every year.

They use sports and mentoring to give young people from my constituency positive alternatives—fostering skills, confidence, and community spirit.

During her visit, Shabana had the opportunity to take part in activities with young people and hear from youth mentors about what makes Pitch 2 Progress special.

Not only that, but they are also working within some of the most deprived communities in Birmingham.
