Shabana has written to the Chair of the Housing Committee on Birmingham City Council regarding the Ladywood regeneration proposals.
The committee, chaired by Councillor Lisa Trickett, is due to meet later this month to discuss the regeneration.
In her letter, Shabana reiterates her red lines on regeneration and requests that the committee look to four areas for review.
They include a community engagement reset, the closure of community assets, social housing requirements, and housing support for existing residents.
